Hi, I'm Peter š
I'm a design leader with 12+ years of experience in consumer app design. I've had the pleasure to direct and coach designers of all levels since 2015 and have worked
in geographically dispersed, hybrid and fully remote settings.
Most recently, IĀ worked on Disney's video streaming services, including Hulu, Disney+ and Star+ serving 160+ million global subscribers across web, mobile and living room devices.
While at Disney I learned a lot about creating user-friendly products that scale internationally, navigating complex & large-scale ecosystems, building partnerships with lots of different types of teams, and helped the design org rapidly scale up.
IĀ made the decision to transition in to design management in 2020 so IĀ could focus on helping others grow, ensuring designers have what they need to be successful, and helping navigate the constant change of a large organization like Disney.
I pride myself on leading highly effective, empowered teams and setting a design vision through story. I now enjoy working through strategy, vision, and the minutia of planning as much as I enjoy typography and animation.
